Our Late Registration Fee is $260.00 per player [Youth Program Only]. 

If you will be registering 3 or more players, who MUST be siblings, you will receive a $25.00 discount for your 3rd child and every additional child. (Example: 1st child $235, 2nd child $235, 3rd child $117.50, 4th child $117.50 etc. Not applicable after April 8th. 2012 and to online registration.)

 Outdoor HL Special Request Form 88.41 Kb 12/12/2011, 19:41   - If you intend on making a special request, such as playing on a specific team, you will need this form completed
