We are ready to start our fun and exciting outdoor season but as a club we must follow a few important rules so we can achieve and maintain a very successful summer.
Please follow the list below:
NOTE: Field - grass cutting cycle:
- Every 7 days for mini mini, mini and Senior Fields
- Prem fields will try to maintain less than 7 days cycle depending on the weather
- LINING – City will line fields at the beginning of the season
- PLEASE KEEP ME POSTED IF LINES ARE WASHED OUT – just email me directly

NOTE: GARGAGE & WATER BOTTLES:
- Let’s set a good example to other communities AND kids. Keep all fields clean after the use of games and practices.. I ordered extra recycling bins and garbage bins for every field.
- Please make sure that you keep the garbage separate from the recycle bins.
- Coaches are encouraged to pass this message on to parents and spectators if possible.

3. Changes due to rain out or cancelled games- teams must email Sandra Colica

If I receive a notice during the day for field closure (before 4:00 pm) I will email all teams of cancellation
(After 4:00 pm)- Field closure due to inclement weather it is your (team) responsibility to phone the hot line number which is written down on every field permit (check the top page of the permit for phone number and ext.0)
4. COMPLAINT of field conditions and etc – teams must email Sandra Colica

5. Player or Coaches injuries – teams must email Sandra Colica

6. Spare key for LIGHT and GATE – I left a folder with Tony De Palma which he will be responsible to keep these extra keys for the office.
If you need to use keys please email Tony directly and come in to sign the keys out and try to return the keys the same night or next morning.
NOTE: The club house has a side entrance where a mail box is provided to drop off the keys after hours.
Keep in mind that all field permits have my signature on top of the field permits.
If approached by other groups or security please show your permit.
If for what ever reason groups refuse to leave the field PLEASE just walk away and phone (905-832-2281 extension 0) city patrol which is a 24 hour service to handle the problem.
7. Referee LEAGUE assignment – Bill Morgan will be looking after YRSL home games. Please check to confirm referee.
