DID YOU REGISTER FOR THE 2012 SEASON? If you did you received a copy of the registration form either at the time of registration or via mail, this is your receipt for your 2012 taxes, please keep it in a safe place as there will be a charge for any future requests for receipts.
House League - Our staff mails the carbon copy/receipt to the parent if paid by credit card. If parent pays cash or cheque the registration forms have a carbon copy to give to the parent for receipt during registration locations. If you paid online, you will receive 2 confirmation emails:
1). A copy of your completed registration form from VSC website admin.
2). A receipt from PAYPAL
Both copies are necesary for registration processing and proof of payment (tax purposes). Please keep together.
REP/Competitive - Once we register the player the following is returned back to the team managers:
Attached is a copy of the office signed carbon copy with a photocopy of the registration form showing payment.
Managers are to make sure that copies of the receipt are given back to the parent/s.
